I am Mariska van der Merwe, Director and Founder of Meeka OHS Consulting with over a decade of notable achievements and experience in the health and safety, spanning various industries.
As an experienced professional in Health and Safety, I derive immense satisfaction form witnessing the development of a robust safety management system and program for our clients through our consistent delivery and professional services.
Being the Founding Director of Meeka OHS Consulting, I am firmly committed to the belief that every employer has the moral obligation to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees and the environment. While I understand the fast-paced corporate world, where time is money and operations are essential, at Meeka OHS Consulting we firmly assert that health and safety must remain a top priority.
Originating from Vanderbijlpark, my journey as led me to establish Meeka OHS Consulting. Today, I proudly call Boksburg my home, where I share my life with my loving husband and cherish my role as a parent to three remarkable children. They form the bedrock of my unwavering support system. My ultimate life aspiration is to impart to my children the unwavering belief that with dedication and unwavering persistence, they can attain any ambition they set their minds to.
I firmly believe that in life, the most meaningful achievements are those earned through hard work and perseverance, just as in health and safety – an ongoing journey.
