Occupational Hygiene Surveys
Occupational Hygiene is the discipline of anticipating, recognising, evaluating, and controlling health hazards in the working environment with the objective of protecting worker health and well-being and safeguarding the community at large. These surveys are to be done by a registered and competent Occupational Hygienist and takes a day to complete. These surveys are valid for a period of three years, then they need to be reviewed and updated.
For compliance under the Environmental Regulations for Workplaces, these surveys must be conducted. The Department of Labor asks for these surveys when inspecting and viewing documentation.
Meeka OHS Consulting can assist in obtaining a quote, the arrangement of the service to be done on-site and obtaining the reports when the assessment is completed. After reports are received, Meeka OHS Consulting will discuss the measures that needs to be implemented with the Employer.
