Safety Policy
The Occupational Health and Safety Act, Section 7, clearly stipulates the importance of a well written Safety Policy which needs to be implemented by the Employer. A safety policy provides information on how the organization keeps their employees safe and healthy and the care of the environment. It describes the activities within the organization and how the policy will be reviewed and when.
